This return policy applies only to repair services performed by Deservica. We do not sell physical goods or accessories through this website. Refunds are not issued for completed services unless agreed in advance. This policy focuses on service adjustments, not product returns.

2. Reassessment Requests
If a completed repair does not resolve the reported issue, clients may request a reassessment. The device must be returned within 14 days of collection. We will re-evaluate the service and suggest additional steps if necessary. No reassessment is guaranteed beyond this window.

3. No Refund for Functional Work
If the original repair was completed and verified to function, no refund will be issued. Refunds are considered only if the repair process was not followed or incomplete. Any deviation from agreement is documented and handled case by case. Functional outcomes are confirmed prior to return.

4. Exceptions
Exceptions may apply in rare cases where a technician deems the service outcome below professional standards. These are reviewed individually and communicated clearly. We aim to resolve all concerns respectfully and promptly. However, resolution may involve additional work rather than refund.

5. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client cancels after diagnostics but before repair, a service fee may apply. This covers time and materials used during inspection. Full payment is not expected unless work has started. We will confirm any applicable charge before applying it.

6. Return Logistics
Devices returned for review must be in the same condition as received. We may decline reassessment if further external damage is evident. Proper packaging and handling are the client’s responsibility during transit. We provide guidance on how to return devices safely.

7. Communication is Required
All return or refund requests must be initiated through direct communication. We do not respond to third-party intermediaries or unverified claims. Clients should use our contact details to begin the process. Timely responses help prevent unnecessary delay.
