Repair begins only after diagnostic confirmation and client approval. We explain the estimated cost, timeline, and approach prior to work. Any unexpected issues discovered mid-repair will be communicated promptly. No work is conducted without basic client agreement.

4. Limitations of Liability
Deservica is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unrelated malfunctions. We do not guarantee permanent resolution if parts are degraded or unavailable. All repairs are performed to reasonable, professional standards. Clients accept the inherent risk of working with used hardware.

5. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is listed as “from” and may vary by device type. Final cost is confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon collection or completion unless arranged otherwise. All prices are in AUD.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking with advance notice. No fee applies if changes are made before the device is submitted. Once a device is under inspection, partial service fees may apply. We aim to be flexible and cooperative.
